Log-In Help: Step-By-Step Password Change Instructions

A guide for help accessing library accounts and databases designed and created by Clark Librarians

Follow These Steps to Change Your Library Account Password

1. Go to the Clark Students page on clark.edu

Click Clark Students icon on the Clark homepage

2. Click on MyClark@Clark

3. Click on Reset Your Clark Lab Account Password, if you don't know your current password or username.

4. Enter your ctcLINK ID number, Date of Birth, and click Login.

To continue password reset you will need access to the email address provided to Clark as preferred email

5. Enter Verification Code and click Authenticate

The verification code was sent to your preferred email address

6. Enter a new password that is 9-14 characters long, has an uppercase letter, and a non-alphanumeric character. Click Update Password.

7. Note your Clark Labs Account username, then click Continue to MyClark@Clark

8. Enter your Clark Lab account username and new password and click Login.

9. In the menu on the right, go to Change Clark Lab Account Password and repeat steps 6 and 7 above to change your password in the future.

Use your Clark Lab Account username and password to log into your Library Account and to access library databases.
