Limit by subject or type
If you were successful at logging in but have problems accessing specific databases or online resources verify that you are in the right place: all library resources must be accessed through links on the library's website. If you see a second log-in screen, other than the picture above, you are likely in the wrong place. Library resources cannot be accessed through Google. If you are certain that you are in the right place, try these steps:
If you are using a computer at your workplace, your access may be blocked by a firewall. Ask your network administrator to allow access to EZproxy.
If you have installed personal firewall software such as Norton Antivirus, you either need to allow access to clarkcollege.idm.oclc.org (or 132.174.248.206) per port or add clarkcollege.idm.oclc.org as a safe site.
If Comcast is your internet service provider and you are unable to access library resources, try the following tip from University of Michigan - Flint LibAnswers:
