You will write a 2-page paper based on an article from a periodical with substance, or a credible website. The topic will be based on your major or future occupation. You will utilize Clark College’s Library website to locate two articles on your topic related to ASL, Deaf Culture and your major.

At the end of today's session, students will be able to:

  • locate two articles on their topic related to ASL and Deaf Culture
  • identify 3 search techniques to use in the library's databases
  • identify 3-4 criteria that makes a source credible
  • identify what gives an article "substance"
