Mental Health and Wellness: Students

Provides information for students about the library collection materials on the topics of mental health and wellness, resources available at Clark, resources available online and support for when in crisis. Resources for faculty included.

Dear Penguins

We know being a student is difficult. We understand you deal with financial aid issues, homework, exams, and personal events that bring stress and can affect your mental health. When this happens or if you are already dealing with any mental health matters we want you to have this guide to help you find resources you might need without any more stress as possible. Librarians are also available to have a chat about these resources and finding additional ones. Below and throughout this libguide you will find some of the available resources available to you at Clark College, in the library, and community.
